Handling
Hurst’s currants should be stored and displayed
in dry refrigeration. They should not be damp because moisture speeds
the rate of decay. Shelf life is approximately one week after picking.
Health
Currants provide a great source of Vitamin C
and Vitamin A. They are naturally low in fat, cholesterol, and sodium.
